Rite Edge Stiletto Street Knife - 10 inches long Review

(More customer reviews)This was the worst knife I've ever purchased. I was under the assumption that this was an Italian made Falcon brand stiletto. In fact this was a cheaply made Chinese brand. After my initial disappointment of discovering this was'nt the knife I thought it was, I soon discoverd the stiletto locking mechanism was'nt catching the blade pin at the back of the blade. This left the knife partially ajar when it was opened. After opening and closing the knife a few times, the blade pin fell off, leaving the knife completely worthless. Thanks for nothing!

(More customer reviews)I bought this gun for my brother's birthday, and at first we couldn't figure out how to work the magazine. The instructions showed a different type of magazine and a loading tube that wasn't included. I ended up checking Youtube reviews of the gun and found one that explained how to wind up the magazine. We felt kind of stupid, but were relieved that nothing was broken or actually missing.
We were also pleasantly surprised that the gun came with a rechargable battery and a battery charger, as the item's description didn't mention this.
In all, it's a pretty fun electric pellet gun for a great price. Nothing too powerful or complicated, so it makes a perfect first-time gun.

Full Size Link Hylian Zelda Shield with Grip & Handle Review

(More customer reviews)The actual shield I received did not match the one shown in the stock photo. I have uploaded some pictures that I took for comparison. The are numerous differences from the actual shield than what is shown in the product image. First, the triforce does not match, it has an odd red outline painted around the triangles and is missing the 'metal' rim around it. The 'metal' adornments shown on the bottom of the shield are missing. The large 'bolts' shown along the shield's rim are also different, being really small and more numerous. Aside from cosmetic differences, the shield also did not include the metal wall mount shown on the back of the shield, so I cannot hang this on my wall as intended.
Other faults of this shield as mentioned in other reviews are the strap and handle on the back. The two connectors that the handle attaches to were not aligned properly on my shield so the handle is now crooked and not held in as well as it should be. The strap included is terrible and consists of 2 separate pieces of velcro. These are only to be held on with little bent clips that are not at all secured to the shield in any way, and do not stay on. To remedy this, I took advice from another review and just threaded some twine through the 2 connectors and it seems to hold pretty securely now.
The only thing saving this shield from a 1 star review from me is the fact that the paint job on my shield is really nicely done. It might not match the shield in the picture, but it looks really nice in itself. Also, the red dragon symbol looks a lot more accurate to the game than what is shown. If you aren't looking for an exact replica, and just want a nice looking shield, this is probably the best deal out there. However, just know that you aren't getting what is shown in the picture.

Fully Functional Medieval Shackles Review

Alas, if you were planning to use these as a prop in a play or for reenacting history, you will be well advised to hire very small actors, children if possible. They are well-made, but are so small you will be hard-pressed to find an adult of normal proportions with wrists small enough to allow the mechanism to close.As a conversation piece I can highly recommend these rustic restraints. If you need props, I suggest you keep looking.

Legend of Zelda - Twilight Princess Link's Master Sword - Video Game Sword Review

(More customer reviews)When I bought this sword I was a little worried considering there were no reviews yet on it, but I took a chance, and was pleasantly surprised. The sword looks amazing, and just... makes me happy when I look at it. The only problem is the paint job could be a little better, for example, there is a gold drip on the triangle that is in the center of the handle. Also, the very tip of the blade is a little bent, and lastly on the bottom of the blade right below the triforce symbol there is the word "China" written on it. I get it, everything was made in China. I don't have to learn that from the blade. The next thing, although it's not a problem, the description didn't really help tell me more about the blade than the picture showed. The blade pard is very nice looking and looks very hight quality. The handle is plastic, and looks a little fake. Other than that, the blade is fantastic, and if you are an extreme Zelda fan, like I am, this is a great item, and looks very similar to the real master sword on video, which is why I bought it.

Anyways, I got my sword in yesterday, it comes packed in foam, with a cool DMC4 Box. The sword itself has to be one of the best swords I have gotten. It looks very nice, the blade stays in place does not wiggle around (many replica swords have this problem) and it is suprisingly heavy. You can tell it is exteremely well made just by looking at it, I haven't found anything wrong with it yet.
The Sword comes with a plaque, which could look better but is good enough, it does its job fine.
Overall, I think this sword was definately worth the price because it looks so good and because of how well it was made. If your a harcore DMC fan like me, than go ahead and get it!

(More customer reviews)I got this for my 25 year old brother who has everything. Well he did NOT have this, and had a great time last Christmas playing around with it and coming up with great ways to ambush people with it.
I hope you know, but this is NOT a self-defense weapon, it's a NOVELTY!!! It's a cool way to show off to your friends since it IS a working umbrella but the handle unscrews to a slightly sharp, thin blade (which I suppose one could potentially sharpen it really sharp if he was a spy or something).
Great construction, seems durable enough for my brother. I recommend it!

Columbia River Knife and Tool 9070 Guppie Black and Grey Multitool Review

(More customer reviews)The Guppie is an almost useful tool, but falls short. The crescent wrench portion does not open very far (1/2") and so is useful for smaller nuts only. It also has a lot of play in it so that it wobbles and has to be held in tension re adjusted constantly to use. The screwdriver portion is OK but can't get into tight spaces as the bits are quite short. The knife appears to be acceptable but I have not used it much to see how long it will hold an edge. The little built in LED flashlight could be useful, I don't know how long it will run on the small battery, but for emergency repair it puts out a reasonable amount of light and is magnetic, so it could be stuck to something metal while you tighten a loose bolt.
In summary, it is cute, but could be better made, especially the wrench.

Zelda Twilight Princess Link Master Replica Sword Review

(More customer reviews)I specifically purchased this item with the intent of mounting it on my wall with a plaque. I'm a moderate fan of the Zelda games; my first experience being on the ol' SNES, going through Zelda: Ocarina of Time, several of the Gameboy, GBC, and GBA games, and finally beating Twilight Princess recently.
The sword looks very much as it appears in the pictures, dark blue pommel and grip. The weapon is quite long. I reccomend pulling out a measuring tape and visually comparing the length given in the description before buying. It looks like the master-sword, and so it should. The scabbard is very nice, though there are no loops or holes to attach to your own belt.
My only complaints with the weapon are minor. The Hilt, grip, and pommel seem to be molded from PVC or some other similar plastic. It feels a little cheap in the hand. The weapon is not "full-tang" (I.e. the blade ends at the hilt, rather then continuing all the way up the handle). This means that in any kind of mock battle or play, the blade could easily be disconnected from the handle. Even a hard swing of the sword in the air could potentially damage it. The blade itself is made from a cheaper metal, and could use a good polishing once it arrives. I would use it soley for display, or to compliment a costume.
