(More customer reviews)Great sharpener that performs as advertised. The instructions specifically say only light pressure is needed and that is very true. I have only used this on older knives used for utility purposes. Some of these knives were very beat up. It was very easy to remove a lot of metal from these knives so cleaning them up and starting with a fresh edge was not difficult. After removing the burrs, re-sharpening is effortless. So the bottom line is, great sharpener but use care to not whittle your knife away!

Victorinox Minichamp Swiss Army Knife Review

(More customer reviews)I originally received this knife as a gift, and I gave one of those fake "gee, thanks, this is swell" reactions because I didn't really think it was something I'd ever use. After all, I'd never had a pocket knife, and I never felt the need to carry one.
Man, what a dope I was! I use this little beauty almost every day. It's well-built and the steel keeps its edge for a long time. It's so compact, it's no trouble to carry in my pocket. Scissors are an attachment that usually doesn't work very well in pocket knives, but these have worked well for over 3 years and counting.
I knocked one star off the review because the nail file and cuticle pusher attachments are silly. I would have rather had other items like screw drivers, or just leave them off and make it narrower.
The ball point pen is a clever touch, and has proven surprisingly useful.
Thus is a solid knife, and a great personal accessory. However, that said, if I was making the purchase today, I would skip this and get the Midnite MiniChamp or Midnite MiniChamp II instead. I think the addition of the minilight is a must-have, and if I ever need to replace my little MiniChamp, I'll do it with one of the Midnite models.

The blades and tools included are exceptional quality, especially the scissors and knife. The accessory kit enables you to turn the screwdriver into a holder for other size screwdrivers or even sockets and Allen keys. I have added my own accessories to the kit so that I have everything to maintain my wheelchair. A superb tool and much more comfortable to hold than the Swiss tool and Leatherman that I looked at.
