(More customer reviews)I bought it and the quality is good for what it costs. As it has been said, the hood is kinda weird, but you can fix it by taking it to a taylor.
The product doesn't come with something to cover your shoes, but just wear black shoes and you will be all set.
I don't recommend this product if you are planning to use it for proffesional training or so.

It is a bit of a challenge to get on correctly... but the picture guide is very useful.
Be warned, their sizing chart is a bit on the small side. I'd recommend getting the once size larger than the chart indicates if you want it to fit properly.

Long Tabi Boots Review

(More customer reviews)When I ordered these boots the first time, I entered everything and received an email saying the purchase had gone through. I waited weeks and never saw the product. I got my credit card statement and noticed that 3 days after the purchase, they recredited me the purchase. I never received a notification that the purchase could not go through. When I ordered the second time, I was never asked for a shoe size. I kept expecting it to request what size I wanted but the purchase went through and I wondered what size would come. When they arrived, they were 4 sizes too big. I had to return them to get the correct size.

Gungfu Ninja Tabi Boots Review

(More customer reviews)These boots are well made, but I had to reorder once because the sizes run a little large. Boots are exactly as pictured (top right), but I wish they had traditional kohaze (metal tab) closures.

Upon reordering from Amazon, I received the calf-height tabi instead of the short style (the invoice still said "short style"). They're still exactly as pictured, and they fit very well, but I was hoping for a shoe that's easy to change in and out of. These are a bit of a hassle. I'm not going to try and return them because I'm becoming exhausted by all the ordering/waiting/wondering.
I'm not terribly disappointed, but now that I know I enjoy the look and feel of tabi I will probably make future purchases from a different company.

(More customer reviews)i is a very good product. the pouches are fake leathery type material instead of sewn stuff, which was a pleasant surprise. the buckle is sound, and the belt itself is of good quality. the puches shift around a bit, but you can take them off, arrange them how you want, and sew them in place in under five minutes. i took off the smallest pouch to put my sword there. IN MY EYES the only downer is that the velcro (whilst good and strong) is too noisy to be truly stealthy. replacing it with magnetic holds was time consuming, but worth it. overall, good stuff.
