(More customer reviews)When I ordered these boots the first time, I entered everything and received an email saying the purchase had gone through. I waited weeks and never saw the product. I got my credit card statement and noticed that 3 days after the purchase, they recredited me the purchase. I never received a notification that the purchase could not go through. When I ordered the second time, I was never asked for a shoe size. I kept expecting it to request what size I wanted but the purchase went through and I wondered what size would come. When they arrived, they were 4 sizes too big. I had to return them to get the correct size.
