I wasnt sure what to expect for a sword so reasonably priced. It came exactly as advertised. packaged extremely well. The sword is very sharp and finely made. I am very impressed with this product. You simply cannot find a better sword in this price range. Holding the sword you can tell the craftsmanship that went into the sword is a quality handmade effort...not mass produced. I will buy from this company again any day.

This sword is by far the most beautifu, sharpest, and most well detailed sword i now have in my collection. The sword came quikly in the mail and was in mint condition. the only complaint is that the little ring under the blade was loose, but other than that, this is a great sword worth every penny.

Fully Hand Forged Practical Japanese Musashi Tanto Sword #288 Review

This is a serious piece of steel. Don't be fooled by the pictures this thing is big and sharp. I tried it on a piece of paper and it was razor sharp out of the box.
It came wrapped in a cotton cloth, the blade is oiled and it has some dust collected by the oil. If you are going to use this Tanto you will need to take care of it. Buy the Katana cleaning kit it sells for about $8.
Again be very careful with this Tanto if it slips it could take one of your toes easily. The shipping was great and on time.
I have only two complaints:
1- I wish that it had a box or a stand included.
2- the point line "Yokote" is not symmetrical, I mean that one side is slightly higher than the other side. Since this is my first ever Japanese sword I have no idea if this is a valid complaint or not, however considering the price this is a steal and my two complaints are just me being greedy.
If you are considering buying it just do it you won't be disappointed. now I'm considering the Katana & Wakizashi #212C from the same company.

Collecting is fun, but expensive. When I bought this awhile ago, it was one I did not beat myself over the head for buying it. It is very durable, well put together. Its case is neat and unique. I keep this one behind glass, though either way, it will surely be nice to display. A great choice speaking as a collector.
