(More customer reviews)I challenge you to find a better sword for this price. This is probably one of the best katanas I've owned. It comes sharpened, but not ridiciously sharp. Took care of that problem. It now slices bamboo with a quick one-handed stroke. I'm just waiting for someone to get stupid and try breaking into my home. It doesn't rattle at all, so I'm pretty sure the guy won't hear anything besides the whistle, but by then it'll be too late. Durability is another thing I love about this blade. I've put it through countless tests and it still maintains its edge. I do give it the necessary amount of TLC to prevent rusting and dulling. All in all, for less 100 dollars, you aren't going to find a better sword. Five stars, hands down.
