Pretty strong, but would never ever suggest this for an active duty marine planning on actually drilling with this. It says "China" right on the bottom of the blade near the handle. Craftsmanship kind of sloppy, but hey, If you want an NCO sword because you never got one while you were active duty like me, not a bad buy to just have hanging around.

This sword is a respected classic.The brass fittings and the strong stainless steel construction makes this sword strong enough to be a lifetime keeper.The Blade of the sword is HQSS stainless steel.The scabbard of the sword is leather wrapped over steel.
