(More customer reviews)I have used several brands of fillet knives and this is by far the very best (far better than any name brands). Stays sharp, easy sharpening (when you need to do it). I fillet about two dozen steelhead and salmon per week and it holds up very well. Just enough flex to get the job done right. I have bought over a dozen to give to friends and relatives. Everybody loves it. I wish it came with a case. A beautiful knife.
