(More customer reviews)I was a little skeptical of this sword due to a previous negative review and having purchased another mock-up of Glamdring from another vendor that was, shall we say, crap! This one turned out to be alright. the only issues I have with it are that the blade is a little scratched and the pommel is a bit askew. But, hey, all it's going to do is hang on my wall, so who really cares? All in all it's a really cool sword!

The blade glittered with white light and it shattered the Balrog's red sword into molten fragments. Gandalf then smote the bridge with his staff, and he and the Balrog fell into the abyss. Gandalf continued to fight the Balrog, hewing him with Glamdring until the Balrog fled up the Endless Stair. In the Battle of the Peak, Gandalf defeated the Balrog. When he returned as Gandalf the White, he still had Glamdring, and bore it alongside Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolas throughout the War of the Ring.
