We'll end up displaying it on our wall, but it is very authentic looking. The length is impressive, and the leather feels (and smells) great. I had a scripture engraved on the blade, and the stainless steel held up very well. This sword is exactly what I was hoping it would be, and it accomplishes its purpose perfectly.
