(More customer reviews)It does what it is supposed to do. Make your knife very sharp. I got a razor sharp edge on my Buck Folder in no time flat. Be careful, it's a diamond stone and needs a very light touch. Also Remember to NEVER use oil on it, only dry or water. I have the complete set from course to extra extra fine. That way I can use them as needed for a touch up to restoring an old dull blade. In fact, I tested them out first on an old kitchen knife and got it back to a near razor sharp edge in no time at all, well about 20 minutes. This is also a great way to break them in. They will feel a bit rough at first, but that's normal. Also wash them with water and dry them off after each use so they will work properly. I will say this. The leather sheath for the course stone was made from a thicker leather, in fact better and nicer, But, the stone does not fit inside it. The sheaths make them easy to carry in you pocket I will have to call the manufacturer and try to get them to send me a replacement sheath. I will post a follow up comment and let you know what happens.
