(More customer reviews)This shield is incredibly awesome. It's so life like, well only by a bit because the actual shield is 32 inches in diameter. Anyways I ordered mine on a Saturday before the week for Halloween. It was true to it's shipping date estimates and I got it on Thursday before Halloween. When I first picked it up, it didn't really feel like a 12 pounder at all. That was because I held it from the hand grip. The details of the shield being the color,the smeary black part, and even battle dents look pretty well made. Finally wielding the shield was the most greatest feel. After a few hours of playing with it the velcro strap kinda left me a pressure bruise, I can understand that cause the shield is heavy once it's on. Anyways this is the perfect shield for the spartan costume unlike that pathetic small "official 300 costume shield" that stupid thing was pathetic, but when it comes to this shield you feel like a spartan. This is indeed the coolest shield from the past. Well actually not cause I don't think they had this shield design back then...but who cares. I love my new shield. I recommend this shield to anyone who likes the movie 300.
