(More customer reviews)Overall, this is a nice rapier, it has a very sharp tip but a very dull blade (which is okay because rapiers are not made for slashing) and looks beautiful- however, my main critique on the looks is that the whole hand gaurd looks really muggy (dented, stained, chipped, used?) which is the main reason it goes down just one star. Also, this rapier seems to be heavy and tiring after holding it in one hand for a while, but I'm neutral to this since it's my first rapier and I can't compare with others. I bought this sword to practice my technique alone and do not plan on hitting blade-on-blade with it, for that, this is a great and inexpensive rapier.
