(More customer reviews)I'd bought my KABAR with the nice, leather USMC sheath, but this being a great utilitarian knife, I wanted to use it and have it handy without ruining the leather sheath. The nylon sheath is much better to have the knife on hand, and has a very nice safety feature of holding the knife firmly even without the wrap-around snap at the top. I'd recommend this to anyone who wanted to take their KABAR camping or just to have it on hand and keep the leather in good shape.
