(More customer reviews)all i'm saying is that yes... they are stainless steel blades but what i wasn't expecting is there are little foam peaces inside the hilt right where the blade meets the handle... i thought they might as well had made them with platic but no... its packing foam... anyways... they are beautiful but don't think for one second they are anything practical... they are just there to hang on your wall and collect dust... pretty but useless....

Why only have one of the classic Scottish daggers when you can have 2 Sgian Dubhs in this set? Both blades are a stainless steel construction. Both daggers feature a synthetic leather wrapped handle that has been adorned with an intricate cast metal celtic symbol. Finely detailed guards and pommels go great with the matching sheath fittings. Overall a very elegant set to add to your collection. Small dagger measures 7 inches, larger dagger is 10 1/2 inches.

(More customer reviews)I train a martial art known as ninjutsu. I bought this spikes in order to train for an exam. (as well as have fun). In my opinion the actual metal part and claws are really nice. My really big problem
with this product is the quality of the wrist guard. For one the attaching the claw to the wrist and hand is really not user friendly. Secondly, it is not sturdy, after only like 2 days of barely using the claws the
fabric began to tear around the part where you secure the wrist. In my opinion it is not worth buying unless you want to replace the entire fabric of the claw.

Set of 5 Ninja Throwing Spikes with Wrist Sheath Review

(More customer reviews)This set of "Throwing Spikes" is reasonably good quality for the price. We have recently added a throwing area in our home martial arts gym (my son and I take it together) and it adds a good bit fun and competition to our workouts. After trying Ninja Throwers Pro Stars set of 4 with Carry Case and 3 Pieces Black Spider Throwing Knife Set 6" Overall Length, these "spikes" seemed like the next logical progression. Here are my observations:
Pros -
+ Good Weight; hefty enough to stick in pine from 10' - 12'
+ Red Tassel; makes it easy find on those "rare" occasions we miss our target
Cons -
- Blunts Easily; we keep a file on hand to sharpen as needed
Misc -
* Includes Wrist Sheath; not great quality, but functional to hold the spikes
It is surprising how quickly we learned to get these sticking in our targets with a fair degree of accuracy.
Recommended!
