I have not stopped using it since I got it over a week ago. it took a little getting used to at first (weight and thickness is slightly greater than regular hardwood staff), but the workouts feel great. for those looking for an exhibition staff this might not move as fast a light wooden staff, but it will definitely help with the training.

A great collector's item. Iron staff is made of quality forge steel from China. Traditionally designed from the ancient Chinese craft of iron making.
