(More customer reviews)I have always used the Gerber knives for hunting, This knife was put to use right away on a Javalina which has a very thick hide. The knife has a great blade shape for cleaning and skinning, and the blade stayed sharp.
You can spend more on a better knife but for the price the Gerber is hard to beat
