I rate the product at a 5 for a $20 as it is as good as it gets for a $20 product. Customer service from this seller is a 5 regardless of the product. They treated me great when I contacted them regarding the original product received, treated me with respect and offered to immediately replace it which they did in 5 business days.
I take back what I said originally and should have contacted them immediately when the original defect product was received. Anyone purchasing a product from this seller can count on fair and couteous customer service should they need it.
